Walking in the market in the spring of 2011, we hit upon the idea of having a restaurant which puts new life into the best tastes and traditions of the Hungarian cuisine making use of the famous products that can be found in the local market.

We believe that we have to go back to the most sincere original roots. We cook like our ancestors in the past when there were no artificial flavours, no freezers or microwave ovens. That time restaurants used the fresh ingredients of the season, so guests could experience the fresh taste of home-made dishes.

In the Rozmaring restaurant we serve the most delicious tastes and dishes of our sunny Alföld with the legendary hospitality of the people in Kecskemét.
